Clarification notice regarding the processing of your personal data under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.
As Berksan Plastik (the "Company"), in our capacity as data controller under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the "KVKK"), we process your personal data within the scope of the purposes explained below, in compliance with the law and the rules of good faith. This text has been prepared to inform you about how and why we process your data.

2. Personal Data We Process
The following personal data of yours may be processed through the contact/quote form on our website and our electronic communication channels:
- Identity data: first and last name
- Contact data: phone number, e-mail address
- Customer/transaction data: company name, requested product, estimated quantity and other information you share in the message content
- Transaction security data: technical records relating to site use (IP, cookie data, etc.)

Within the scope of KVKK Art. 5, your personal data is processed on the legal grounds of being necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract, the fulfilment of our legal obligation, our legitimate interest (provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms) and, where necessary, your explicit consent.
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Within the framework of our legal obligations, your personal data may be transferred to authorised public institutions and organisations and to our service providers (e.g. site hosting, e-mail and infrastructure providers) on a limited basis and under a confidentiality undertaking. It is not otherwise shared with third parties.
6. Method of Collecting Personal Data
Your data is collected through forms on our website, e-mail, telephone and similar electronic communication channels by automated and partially automated methods.
7. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and the legal retention periods stipulated in the relevant legislation; at the end of these periods it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
8. Your Rights as a Data Subject (KVKK Art. 11)
Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed and, if so, to request information about it
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose
- To know the third parties to whom the data is transferred at home or abroad
- To request correction if the data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly
- To request deletion or destruction of the data under the conditions stipulated in the law
- To request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred
- To object to an outcome against you arising from analysis solely by automated systems
- To request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing
